Here When You Need Us
We at Perlman Pediatrics are aware that illnesses and accidents happen at any time of the day. We provide medical advice and urgent care services day and night. If you are seeking medical advice, please schedule an appointment.
After In Clinic Hours (Mon-Fri 5:30pm-10pm)
We have appointments available via Pocketdoc, our telehealth application, for patients ages 0 and up until 10pm.
Weekend Hours (8am-8:30pm)
We have appointments available via Pocketdoc from 8:00am until 8:30pm and sometimes in office until 4:30pm.
After Pocketdoc/Video Visit Hours
(Weekdays: 10pm-6:30am / Weekends 8:30pm-8:00am)
If you are in need of urgent medical advice after 10pm, please give us a call at 619-222-1253. Your call will connect with a Nurse Triage Service that can assist you. If necessary, the Nurse Triage service will be able to reach our on-call pediatrician with Perlman Pediatrics.
Emergencies
It is not always necessary to go to the emergency room. Please reach out to a provider or our nurse triage line. If it is life or limb threatening, call 911.
Non-Urgent Medical Advice
We suggest that our patients utilize the MyChart patient portal to communicate. Through MyChart, our patients are able to message their provider, request refills, view results, and more! Please note that messages may take up to 72 hours to be reviewed.
